Social media management

Be the agency buyers already follow.

Nobody buys a property from a feed. But when they're ready to buy, they go to the developer or the agent they've been watching. We run your Instagram and Facebook so that's you.

What it actually involves

A monthly plan built around what you're selling. Shoot days where our crew films several pieces of content at once: a listing tour, a short on the neighbourhood, a progress update, an agent talking straight to camera. Editing into reels with subtitles. Captions written for Greek, English or Russian audiences. Posting, scheduling, replying to comments and passing the enquiries to you.

The agent is the face. We've seen it in every account we run: a presenter-led tour from a real agent gets more saves and messages than a drone flyover with music. So we script, prompt and film your people until they're comfortable on camera.

Who it's for

Real estate agencies that want their agents to be recognised. Developers with a pipeline of projects who need a presence between launches. Construction companies that win contracts from showing the work. If you post once a month when you remember, this changes that.

What's included

What a month looks like

One team does everything, so nothing falls between a strategist, a videographer and an editor.

  • Content strategy — a monthly plan tied to your listings, launches and sales goals.
  • Shoot days — one to four per month, filming several pieces each time.
  • Editing — reels, carousels and stories cut by editors who only do property content.
  • Copy and subtitles — captions and on-screen text in Greek, English and Russian.
  • Posting and community — scheduling, comment replies and enquiries passed to you the same day.
  • Monthly report — followers, reach, saves and, most importantly, enquiries generated.

FAQ

Questions about social media management

How much content per month?

It depends on the plan, but a typical agency account gets eight to sixteen posts a month, most of them video, plus stories. We'd rather post less and better than fill a calendar.

Do our agents have to be on camera?

They don't have to, but accounts with real people in them grow faster and generate more enquiries. We make it easy, with scripts, a prompter and short takes.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

We reply to comments and handle first responses to messages. Anything that looks like a buyer goes to you immediately.

Can you post in Greek and Russian?

Yes. We write captions and subtitles in Greek, English and Russian, and can run separate content for each audience if your buyers are mixed.

Is there a minimum term?

Three months, because that's how long it takes to see what works on a new account. After that, monthly.
