What we film
Finished properties, for sale or for rent. Developments under construction, from excavation to handover. Presenter-led tours where your agent or your developer walks the buyer through the project on camera. Lifestyle films with talent, for projects where the buyer needs to picture a life, not just a floor plan. Drone films that show the location, the sea, the distance to the beach.
Everything is shot by our own crew with cinema cameras, gimbals and a licensed drone pilot, and edited by people who have cut hundreds of property videos and know what makes a buyer stop scrolling.
Why in-house matters
Most agencies subcontract filming. We don't, and it changes what you get. We can be on site at 6am for the light. We can come back when the scaffolding is down. We can film the construction team pouring concrete this week and the show flat next month, and cut it all into one story, because the same people are behind the camera and the edit every time.
