Pheme Growth was founded in Cyprus by David Gandolfi and Georgios Nalmpantis. We started as a general marketing agency, and the real estate work kept getting the best results: developers who pre-sold phases from a video, agencies whose agents became known faces, construction companies whose Instagram brought in the next contract. So we stopped doing everything else.
Today the team is a videographer and drone pilot, editors who cut nothing but property content, an AI production unit, and the two of us running strategy and ads. Everything is in-house. When a client calls, they get the person who made the decision, not an account manager relaying it.
We take on a limited number of clients at a time. Cyprus is small, projects compete for the same buyers, and we'd rather do a thorough job for a few developers than a thin one for many.
