Every successful business has 3 common things.


  • An awesome product/service.


  • A targeted audience.


  • A rock solid offer that will make you stand out from the crowd.


Most businesses have only ticked the first box.


In order to give you proof, I want you to tell me real quick what your business’s targeted audience is.


If your answer is something vague like ‘’ Anyone who has money and is interested in buying a home’’.....


Then this article will help you make things a bit more clear and get more sales.


Why Targeting a Horde Will Not Work


In marketing classes they gave us examples of Coca Cola’s, Nike’s and other multinational companies advertising.


Which is extremely wrong because unlike these companies, getting your brand in front of as many people as possible is not going to work. 


Unless you can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars per month.


And for the local real estate agency, it is impossible to do that.


But even if you can, I am pretty sure that going on a trip to Dubai and partying will be a better option.


In both cases you will spend enormous amounts of money but at least the trip will be enjoyable.


So, you have to narrow things down.


Get more out of less 



There is no point showing your brand to 1.300.567 people per day if only 5 of them are interested. 


So, next time you will consider creating an ad I want you to think very carefully who your ideal customer is.


As long as you have a clear picture of your targeted audience, it is very easy to tailor it based on their dream outcome using their needs and desires.


That way you will be able to filter out all the time wasters and only focus on the perfect ones.


Now that you have ticked the second box it’s time to move on the third and make your business successful. 


Which is to build a rock solid offer that will make all of your ideal customers line up at your door as if you were giving away corona’s for free.
